Whether you are a new or experienced gardener, please come join us in the garden on 6/4 at 6:30 pm to hear a representative of the BPCA speak about proper spring planting techniques, composting and the use of the Garden debris bins. Rain date is 6/5 at 6:30 pm. Light refreshments will be available.
LCG organizes social events such as group clean-up days, potluck picnics, education workshops, tours of other gardens, spring seed and plant exchanges and a harvest festival.
Clean Up days are essential to maintaining pathways and common areas; to meeting fellow gardeners; and to fulfilling the contractual obligation of community service required of every gardener.
The 2024 schedule is below; all days start at 10:00am. Gardeners participate for 1-2 hours and may come earlier or later than the start time, as their schedules permit. Please sign-in on clean-up days. You will not receive credit for clean-up days if you do not sign in.
